Would all riders, drivers and passengers filling in their entry forms please fill out the Next of Kin forms at the same time, failure to do so may result in riders at signing on with unfilled forms being asked to go and fill them in and return to the race office with them done to allow those who have filled them in to be processed quicker.  Thank you.

Would the sponsors of riders please make sure your riders have their entries in on time, the last thing the club wants is sponsors spending money on the riders and then they forget to send them in!!!

As mentioned earlier all entries will need to be posted to a PO Box on the entry form.

Please remember there will be no late entries accepted!

Regs that have been requested to be sent by post have been sent, anyone wanting them posted please contact me ASAP please

All posting information will be on the Regs and entry forms, any member wishing to put entries in for the the whole season at once please provide a post dated cheque for each meeting.

Also anyone sending entry fees for 09 please do not send in their entry forms to me, they must go to the PO box number on the form, if they are sent to me they will be returned.
